Market Penetration: 7 things you need to know

blog, slider |

Based off the work of Byron Sharp in his book "How Brands Grow" the 7 things you need to do are:

1. Continuously reach all buyers of a category
2. Ensure the bran is easy to buy
3. Get noticed - make sure your brand is salient
4. Refresh and rebuild memory structures
5. Create and use effective brand assets
6. Be consistent
7. Stay competitive

Following on from episode 10 on "How Brands Grow" this week we're talking about market penetration - how to make sure your brand is getting out there, getting noticed and being remembered by your potential customers.

I'll also be exploring some of these concepts more in my lunch and learn session at MOBLE in Pyrmont this week on Thursday the 19th of April, 2018 at 1pm where we'll be looking at how to create memorable associations with your brand and the 6 traits of sticky content.

My eBook that I reference in this episode can also be accessed here.

If you'd like to hear me review Malcolm Gladwell's book "The Tipping Point" or "Made to Stick" by Chip Heath and Dan Heath leave your comment below and I will review them in a later episode.
